These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and D3 Hospitality (“enkiRIDION,” “we,” “us”), governing your use of enkiRIDION on the web, Android, and Even Realities G2 glasses. You sign in with Google and are responsible for activity under your account. One membership covers all your enkiRIDION surfaces. You must be at least 13 to use the service.
Seeker is free. Sage is $8.00/month and begins with a 7-day free trial. A payment method is required to start the trial; unless you cancel before it ends, the trial converts to a paid monthly subscription and your card is charged $8.00, then monthly until cancelled.
You can cancel anytime from your account or via the Stripe customer portal; cancellation stops future charges and takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. Prices may change with notice.
One-time purchases (such as a custom sprite render or Star bundles) are charged once at purchase and are non-refundable once delivered.
Stars are an in-app social token used only inside enkiRIDION to gift Awards to aphorisms. Stars have no cash value, no withdrawal path, no exchange listing, and no investment value, and are not refundable or transferable outside the app.
Don’t misuse the service: no unlawful, harmful, or abusive activity; no attempts to break, overload, or reverse-engineer the service; no scraping or resale; and no posting of content that infringes others’ rights. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
You retain ownership of the content you create (journals, aphorisms, uploaded reference images). You grant us the limited license needed to store, display, and sync it to provide the service. Philosopher responses are AI-generated for reflection and entertainment; they are not professional advice — medical, legal, financial, or otherwise. Use your own judgment.
The service is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, enkiRIDION is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior twelve months.
We may update these Terms or the service; material changes are reflected by the date above and, where appropriate, an in-app notice. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept them. You may stop using the service anytime. We may suspend or end access for violations or to comply with law; the sections that by their nature should survive termination (payment, disclaimers, liability, and governing law) will survive.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which D3 Hospitality is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. You and enkiRIDION agree to resolve disputes in the courts of that jurisdiction, and to first attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting us. Nothing here limits rights you have under mandatory consumer-protection laws of your place of residence.
